step one: enquiry
Contact us with information like budget, number of gifts, branding, colour scheme, gift theme and whether you need your gifts for a particular event or date.
step two: concept chat
We will book in a chat to learn more about your gifting needs and present some options for consideration. From here you can decide if we are a good fit.
step three: detailed info
If you decide we are a match, we will request further information like logo files (EPS or vector format), gift recipient details & wording for inserts.
We will ask for payment so that we can start ordering all products and branded materials.
step four: order & packing
Our team will assemble your gift boxes according to the agreed design concept
step five: delivery
We will handle all aspects of shipping, delivery and / or venue coordination on your behalf.
Your order can be shipped directly to you, or shipped to the receiver.
A range of box options to suit your budget and theme including luxe one piece boxes with magnetic flap, two piece rigid boxes and timber boxes.
We can arrange custom printed ribbon for large orders. Starting at $4 per metre with a minimum order of 25 metres.
We can arrange custom printed tissue paper for large orders. Starting from $1 per sheet with a minimum order of 250 sheets..

Gifting for popular dates such as Christmas will have a lead time of up to 12 weeks. We recommend contacting us as early as possible to discuss special event times. At other times, our turnaround time will depend upon supply chain availability.
Shipping costs will vary and are excluded from prices quoted above. Please allow $10-$20 per gift box for shipping or delivery within Australia. Pricing will vary depending on the quantity and weight of the gifts & location of delivery.
